Refund policy

Our RETURN POLICY is as follows: 

We do not accept returns for delivered merchandise

However, in rare cases, damages may occur during transport and we will promptly replace any damaged merchandise.

Upon delivery, please check the packaging and merchandise carefully.

In case of damages, please decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note “under reserve''. Please notify us, as well as the carrier of the damage in writing within 4 days.

In any case, please send us digital photos of the damages via e-mail. This way, we can send you replacement merchandise ASAP and we can file a proper damage report with our insurance company.
